These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to your access to and use of Readmiora, which is operated by GRANDZE GLOBAL LIMITED. By accessing, registering for, or using Readmiora, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Readmiora provides digital reading services where users may browse and read stories, create accounts, unlock digital content, purchase Coins, and access other available features. You may use Readmiora only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes unless we expressly agree otherwise.
Some features require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for activity performed through your account. Some content may be available free of charge, while other content may require payment or Coins to unlock. When you purchase or unlock digital content, you receive a limited right to access and read that content through Readmiora for personal use. Purchasing access does not transfer ownership of the copyright or other intellectual property rights in that content.
Readmiora may provide virtual credits known as "Coins". Coins may be purchased or provided through promotions and may be used to unlock eligible digital content.
Once Coins have been used to unlock digital content, the transaction is considered completed.
Readmiora may offer Monthly VIP and Annual VIP membership packages. Each VIP package provides access to the benefits displayed at the time of purchase for the stated membership period.
All VIP packages are one-time purchases and do not automatically renew.
When your Monthly VIP or Annual VIP period expires, your VIP membership ends automatically. You will not be automatically charged for another membership period. If you wish to continue using VIP benefits, you must manually purchase another VIP package.
Prices and applicable charges will be displayed before you complete a purchase. Payments may be processed through third-party payment service providers.
Purchases of Coins, digital content, and VIP membership are generally final once the relevant Coins, content, or membership access has been successfully delivered or activated.
Refunds may be considered where you were charged more than once for the same purchase, payment was completed but the purchased item was not delivered because of a verified technical issue, an incorrect amount was charged, or a refund is otherwise required by applicable law.

Readmiora may allow users to submit reviews, comments, stories, or other materials. You remain responsible for content you submit and must have the necessary rights to submit it. You must not submit content that is unlawful, infringing, malicious, fraudulent, abusive, or intentionally misleading.
By submitting content to Readmiora, you allow us to host, display, and use that content as reasonably necessary to operate the relevant feature of the service.
Readmiora's website design, software, branding, graphics, and other platform materials are owned by or licensed to GRANDZE GLOBAL LIMITED. Stories and other reading materials may be owned by their respective authors, publishers, licensors, or other authorized rights holders.
Unless permitted by the applicable rights holder, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, publish, or commercially exploit content available through Readmiora.
You must not use Readmiora for fraudulent or unlawful purposes, access another user's account without authorization, bypass payment or access restrictions, use unauthorized payment methods, interfere with the operation or security of the website, or copy protected content without permission. We may restrict or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
We may update, modify, or temporarily suspend parts of Readmiora for maintenance, security, technical, or operational reasons. We do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free. The availability of individual books, stories, features, prices, or promotional offers may change over time.
Readmiora is provided on an "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GRANDZE GLOBAL LIMITED will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of Readmiora. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Subject to any mandatory rights provided under applicable law, disputes relating to these Terms or Readmiora will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
